Wine cellar

The wine cellar Cave Marcon is located Rue Pannessac within Le Puy-en-Velay, a few steps away from the « Plot » Square which is the official start of the Way of St. James. The cellar has the particularity of being a crossing place leading to Rue Grenouillit, on the other side. This privileged location, which is naturally air-conditioned and situated between two narrow streets, lends itself perfectly to the conservation of wine.

In association with the Marcon cellar in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, we strive to make a joint selection on a daily basis in order to offer a range that perfectly reflects our history and our encounters with the winemakers.

Because we are located at the heart of the Massif Central, we do our best to select wines from our region in order to make you discover the terroir. From the volcanic Loire to Ardèche, our love of wine takes you on a journey to the heart of our soils, but not only! Champagne and spirits are also in the spotlight. If your taste buds take you to new horizons, our drawers will surely contain a whisky from here or elsewhere, a famous verbena liqueur from our region, or other unlikely curiosities. We also make it a point of honour to sell local beers and soft drinks.

Our cellar is full of gems and we would be delighted to give you some advices tailored to your needs to help you in your search.
